Frequently asked questions

If an item is damaged during shipment, be sure to let us know immediately. Please take photos of the damaged box/package and merchandise. Items must be returned unused, clean, tags attached and with proof of purchase. Requests received after 10 days of order date will not be accepted.

Huna Camo Hawaii’s camouflage apparel is custom sublimated to ensure longevity of colors and patterns. Before the first use, we recommend that you wash  on gentle cycle with cold water. Tumble dry on low and promptly remove. Never use bleach. Do not iron. Be sure garment is fully dried before storage to avoid mildew and other odors. Wash immediately after each use to prevent odors from setting in. Be careful not to mix with other garments that have zippers or velcro to prevent damage to fabric.

Wipe hats with damp washcloth to remove surface dirt. Allow to air dry. Do not place in washer or dryer. Do not use bleach.

All apparel should be washed inside out and on gentle cycle with like colors. Tumble dry on low as well, but for longevity a quick tumble on low and then hang to complete the rest of the drying process is best.

Our camouflage products are lightweight, breathable and intended to keep you cool and comfortable in Hawaii’s humid climate. They allow for stretch and comfort. Unfortunately a number of things can happen when you are in the field that may result in damage to any garment.

Orders will usually ship within 5 business days.

Orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. Once delivered to the carrier, we cannot assume any responsibility for the items. Please follow-up with and report any lost or damaged package to the mail carrier.

We do our best to keep inventory up to date, however, this may occur at times especially when there are only a few pieces left of any particular item. Some items can be backordered. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all backordered items.  Otherwise, we will refund or replace with similar item.
